Thai Crab Cakes

Blender speed: Medium
Blender time: 15-20 seconds
Stove temperature: Medium
Utensils:
Electric Blender
Large Pan
Tablespoon
Measuring Cups
Chopping Knife
Ingredients:
½ bunch of Fresh Coriander
¾ cup of Self Raising Flour
1 egg
2 cups of Milk
250g of Crab Flakes (Seafood Mix)
1 tblspn of Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tblspn of Fish Sauce
1 tblspn of Ground Cummin
(Vegetable Oil for Frying – Do not add to blender)
Method:
1) Place all the above ingredients (excluding the vegetable oil) into your electric blender.
2) Turn the blender onto medium speed for 15-20 seconds. Next, place half a tablespoon at a time of the mixture onto your oiled pan.
Cook each side until brown, then place onto paper towel to get rid of excess oil. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
