Golden Glow Cake

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Oven temperature: 180 degrees Celsius

 

Utensils:

Large Mixing Bowl

Measuring Cups

Baking Paper

Cake Tray

Any Large Spoon

Cooling Rack

Ingredients:

3 Eggs

1 cup of Lemonade

1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil

1 packet of Cottee’s Vanilla Instant Pudding

1 packet of Homebrand Butter Cake Mix  

Method:

1) Preheat the oven. Put the cake mix and the instant pudding into a large mixing bowl.

Add the eggs then stir with a little bit of the mixture.

2) Add the lemonade and then stir with roughly half of the mixture.

Add the vegetable oil and stir thoroughly until the mixture is combined.

3) Line the tray with baking paper then pour in your mixture. Place the tray into the oven for 40 minutes.

4) Don’t be like me and forget to turn the tray around at the 20 minute mark, otherwise one side with get burnt.

Once it’s time to remove the tray from the oven, leave it in the tray for 5 minutes before placing onto a cooling rack.

You won’t need to cover with icing as the top goes all sticky and yummy once it cools down for a while.
